The Summit County Council , acting in its capacity as the Governing Board of the North Summit Recreation Special Service District , is seeking one individual to fill a vacancy on the Administrative Control Board of the North Summit Recreation Special Service District .  
   An applicant must be a registered voter within the district , or an officer or employee of the city of Coalville , or the town of Henefer . This is a voluntary public service position; meetings are scheduled at the Summit County Courthouse on the first Monday at 6:00 p . m .
