Napa County released its second unofficial post - election night report at 4:15 p . m . Monday June 13 , 2022 . Election results are available on
the county website
.
“We are continuing to receive vote by mail ballots that were postmarked on Election Day which means that our total ballot count is still climbing , ” commented Napa County Registrar of Voters John Tuteur .
As of 4:00 p . m Monday June 13 , 2022 the Napa County Election Division estimates that there are still more than 15 , 000 ballots to be counted which would represent a 44% projected overall turnout of all registered voters . The remaining uncounted ballots include ballots ready to be counted 14 , 000; ballots needing signature verification 1 , 000; same day registration ballots ( approximately 41 ) ; damaged ballots that need to be duplicated ( approximately 1800 ) ; provisional ballots ( approximately 5 ) . Added to this total are ballots that were challenged for no signature or mismatched signature on the return envelope ( approximately 1600 ) which can be corrected up until Friday June 24 , 2022 .
All processes including counting , duplicating and manual tally can be observed by members of the public at the Election Division , 1127 1
