Come one , come all to the big show at Cobblestone Ranch Park . After months of work , construction is wrapping up , and the park is opening with a bang . Don’t miss the big - top celebration from 5 to 8 p . m . , Wednesday , June 29 .
   Prepare yourself for something spectacular at the 12 - acre neighborhood park along Castle Oaks and Arabella drives ( 8571 Castle Oaks Drive ) . The $5 . 6 million first phase of the project is complete , and the Town is inviting the public to celebrate . Don’t miss carnival games , aerial performers , stilt walkers , snow cones , live music , a fun 5K and more .
   The first phase of the park includes picnic areas; a large playground; a pump track for biking; a half - court for basketball; six pickleball courts; a green lawn and other landscaping; sidewalks , a plumbed restroom and off - street parking . The full master plan for the 168 - acre regional park is available online . Ultimately , the site will serve as a regional destination , much like Philip S . Miller Park .
   “We’re really grateful for residents’ involvement in planning this new park , ” said Councilmember Laura Cavey . “Their input helped created some exciting amenities for the entire northeast area of Castle Rock . Plus , the combination of natural resources , park development and trail connections , will make Cobblestone Ranch Park a draw for the entire community . ”
