Middlesex County Prosecutor Yolanda Ciccone and Chief John Zebrowski of the Sayreville Police Department announced today that a Borough man has been arrested and charged for his involvement in a child pornography investigation .
   William Gober , 53 , of Sayreville was arrested on April 5th , 2022 , and charged with multiple counts of second - degree possession and distribution of child pornography .
   Gober was charged following an investigation by Detectives Daniel Lojek and Detective Lauren Tredo of the Middlesex County Prosecutor’s Office Internet Crimes Against Children Unit .

   As is the case with all criminal defendants , the charges against William Gober are merely accusations and he is presumed innocent until proven guilty .
