San Miguel Regional Housing Authority is seeking an Administrative Coordinator.
The Administrative Coordinator performs a variety of administrative duties to support the SMRHA Manager and Board of Directors.
The Administrative Coordinator receives general supervision from the SMRHA Manager. The successful candidate must be able to work independently with minimal supervisor in an office environment. This position does not have any direct supervisory responsibilities. This is an at-will position.

Part Time Position $20-29 hours/week; $22-27/hour DOQ.

The general goal of SMRHA is to assist in the preservation of affordable housing for residents and their families who make a living primarily from their employment within the Telluride R-1 School District through the administration, development and implementation of housing policies and programs, providing on-going education, information, and leadership regarding the current housing supply availability and needs, and offering education to the community.
