The City of Miami is looking for a dedicated individual to join our Solid Waste Department as a Driver/Collector I. Duties for this position include, but are not limited to:
Drive or ride sanitation truck (as assigned) on established route for collection of trash, limbs and brush, and other acceptable items left for disposal.
Picking up litter around trash containers, storm sewers, and roadways.
Wash and clean vehicles and equipment on a regular basis according to departmental policy.
