   The City of Minden will have a planned city - wide power outage on Sunday , May 22 , 2022 from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm .
   The City of Minden will have a planned city - wide power outage on 
   Sunday , May 22 , 2022 from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm
    .  
   Nebraska Public Power District ( NPPD ) has to shut down the substation that feeds power to the City to make repairs .
    
   The repair will require a complete power outage for
   approximately 5 hours
    .  
   The ENTIRE CITY OF MINDEN
   
   will be without power
    . We ask residents to use water minimally during the outage including flushing toilets , running sinks , showering , etc .
    
   We thank you for your cooperation and understanding during this planned outage .   Please contact the City of Minden at 
    ( 308 ) 832 - 1820 with concerns or questions .
