POSITION SUMMARY
San Miguel County is seeking a positive, ethical, customer service driven full-time Road & Bridge District Supervisor, responsible for supervisory and operational control over an assigned District (West End District). This position plans, organizes, coordinates road maintenance and repair, and directs the personnel and equipment of the District to perform work assignments.
This position will be primarily based out of Basin/Egnar.
The position will report directly to the Road & Bridge Director and will be compensated at a
Grade 38, Step 1 – 5 $32.39 - $35.75 per hour depending on qualifications and experience.
As a full-time position, the Road & Bridge District Supervisor
will be eligible for all County-sponsored insurance and benefit plans.
Supervision Received:
Receives direct supervision from the County’s Road and Bridge Director.
Supervision Exercised:
Exercises supervision over Equipment Operator and Mechanic positions.
