The Town of Winchester seeks a part-time recording secretary for the Historical Commission. The Recording Secretary attends all Historical Commission meetings to capture meeting minutes and helps to coordinate meeting locations and times. This role is a great way for the ideal candidate to learn how the Town works, hear presentations Town departments, and develop a deeper understanding of key topics in Winchester.
Meetings are generally held monthly; additional meetings may also be scheduled with advance notice. Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent attention to detail are required.
