Job Duties
Assist Real Estate Appraiser II. Responsible for calculating CAUV recoupage. Taking inventories of lock boxes for Probate. Entering data for CAUV soil changes due to splits, plats, etc. Maintains yearly CAUV Renewal and AG District forms. Enters FVC for BORs. Upload and verify Permits in MVP from Real Estate Clerk I. Coordinates with Soil and Water for CAUV field checks.
Qualifications
Education and Related Work Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Geography, Accounting, or other Technical Program, or completion of core coursework in appraisal or an equivalent field preferred.
Minimum of 1 year experience with Microsoft Office
Must successfully complete 120 day period of probation.
Valid Driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Licenses, Registrations or Certifications:
Criminal background check required for hire.
Drug testing required for hire.
Technical Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:
Ability to manage multiple tasks with frequent interruptions.
Good communication skills and telephone technique.
Basic accounting and math skills, proficient in excel.
