Responsible for assisting in leading organizational change efforts to promote, implement and support diversity, equity and inclusion throughout the Lucas County Juvenile Court’s staff, compensation and promotion practices, public outreach programs, operations, court programs, and other critical functions within the organization. Will evaluate, plan, organize, direct, and facilitate the activities that support Juvenile Court’s capacity to support and serve a diverse youth/family population and workforce. The primary role is to ensure the Court’s culture and operations practices, such as hiring, development, and overall program strategies, are equitable and inclusive for all employees. In partnership with the Court Administrator, the incumbent will provide services and solutions to help enable a more engaged and inclusive work environment. This role will lead and manage all diversity, equity, and inclusion programs and initiatives and educate on REI best practices.
