OPERATIONAL AND COMPENSATION ASSESSMENT
January 5, 2022
The City of Columbus is seeking proposals from qualified individuals or firms to conduct an operational and compensation assessment. The objective of the operational assessment is to evaluate the current organizational structure, and make recommendations regarding best practices to organize the City’s municipal departments and services to improve efficiencies and enhance both internal and external customer service. Subsequent to the operational recommendations, conduct a compensation study for current and recommended positions to ensure the City is competitive with comparable municipalities by providing an equitable and effective compensation system. The individual or firm submitting a reply to this request should have experience conducting organizational and compensation assessments in a local government setting.

Three (3) copies of the proposal, and one digital copy, must be received no later than
3:00PM on Friday, February 11, 2022.
Proposals delivered or received after the submittal deadline shall be considered late and rejected. There are no exceptions to this requirement. The Proposal must be placed in a sealed envelope, plainly marked “Sealed Bid/Proposal for Operational and Compensation Assessment” and addressed to:
