The Buena Vista Public Works Department , as part of its responsibility to ensure public health and safety , is notifying the public that there will be striping operations on the streets listed below starting August 22nd , 2022 , through August 23rd , 2022 , as the Town Public Works Department works to improve our town roadway and safety system . Work should take approximately two days , and no street closures are anticipated .  Every effort will be made to minimize traffic control
   concerns created by this project . The focus of this project , and future similar projects , is to improve town pedestrian safety .  
   • Crossman Ave – Between Waters Ave and Hwy 24 North
   • North Pleasant Ave – Intersection of Princeton Ave to Crossman Ave
   • Arizona Street – Marquette Ave to East Pine Street
   Thermal inlay installation will be done at crosswalks in the area of the High/Middle school , Front Loop , and Riverpark Road ( South Main area ) .
