   McHenry Estates Subdivision – approximately 262 Arkridge Road – Preliminary Plat and Development Plan Application for a five - lot subdivision
   The Hangout on Lake Hamilton – approximately 4766 Central Avenue – Large - scale Development Site Plan Application for a new bowling alley and arcade
   The Cabins at Rocky Ridge – approximately 520 Lakeshore Drive – Zoning change request from R - 4 ( Medium/High - Density Residential District ) and C - 4 ( Regional Commercial/Open Display District ) to C - TR ( Commercial Transitional District ) for 15 . 77 acres of property
   Approximately 401 Burchwood Bay Road – Rezone correction for an error in previous city action , changing the zoning from RL ( Lake Area Residential District ) to PD ( Planned Development )
   The lobby of City Hall will be used as overflow , as needed .  Guests not attending may watch the proceedings via the livestream at the City’s YouTube channel (
