   Wildwood Gardens Subdivision Phase V – Corner of Piper and Glendale streets – Subdivision Preliminary Plat and Development Plan application for a new four - lot , single - family residential area
   Lance Smith Commercial Development – 126 Adcock Road – Miscellaneous application to request an extension for Condition #6 for providing required shared parking and cross access easement agreement
   Approximately 1207 Albert Pike Road – Zoning change request from R - 4 to C - 2 for split - zoned property
   Approximately 500 Terry Street – Zoning change request form C - 2 to R - 4 for split - zoned property
   0 Hawk Terrace – Initial zoning consideration for C - 4 zoning for approximately 56 acres of land subject to annexation consideration
    
   The lobby of City Hall will be used as overflow , as needed .  Guests not attending may watch the proceedings via the livestream at the City’s YouTube channel (
