   The Planning Commission will hold a public hearing at 6 p . m . on Thursday , July 14 , in the Board Chambers at City Hall , 133 Convention Boulevard , to consider the following:
    
   Intersection of Albert Pike Road and Masters Place - approximately 1748 Albert Pike Road - Zoning Change Request from C - 2 to C - 4
   Hamilton Heights Subdivision - approximately 155 Lazy Lane - Preliminary Subdivision Plat and Development Plan review for a new five - lot development
   TNT Fun Play - 430 Broadway Street - Article II Site Plan review for children ' s entertainment venue
   Planning Commission Election - Annual election of Planning Commission officers
    
   The lobby of City Hall will be used as overflow , as needed .  Guests not attending may watch the proceedings via the livestream at the City’s YouTube channel (
   www . youtube . com/cityofhotsprings
    ) or on City12 Resort TV , which will also air live at 6 p . m .
