   Approximately 1440 East Grand Avenue – Zoning change request from R - 4 to C - 4 for split - zoned property consisting of approximately 15 acres
   Approximately 421 Leawood Street – Zoning change request from R - 2 to M - 1 for three tracts of land
   Mason’s Coin & Pawn - 531 West Grand Avenue – Miscellaneous Request Application for outdoor display
   Creekside RV Park - 270 Honeycutt Street – Miscellaneous Request Application for a project completion extension 
   Callie Ridge Estates - Approximately 819 Lakeshore Drive – Preliminary Plat and Development Plan application for a new 120 - lot , single - family residential subdivision
   Corner of Reese Way and Carpenter Dam Road – Conditional Use request for the construction of a commercial shopping center that includes a restaurant with a drive - through
   Corner of Carpenter Dam and Shady Grove roads – Conditional Use request to construct a 5 , 320 - square - foot convenience store
   The lobby of City Hall will be used as overflow , as needed .  All non - essential guests are asked to watch the proceedings via the livestream at the City’s YouTube channel (

    ) or on City12 Resort TV , which will also air live at 6 p . m .
