Plainsboro recently received a Tree City USA Growth Award from the Arbor Day Foundation in recognition of our commitment to effective urban forest management .  This marks the 36th consecutive year that Plainsboro has received this acknowledgement .  In recent years it has become increasingly clear the value and importance that trees hold for our future .  As cities and towns around the world face environmental challenges , Plainsboro shows its residents and peers that we are committed to combat these issues and are dedicated to a brighter , greener future .
