On Wednesday , April 13 , 2022 , a group of 35 Notaries met at the Passaic County Public Safety Academy in Wayne to attend the second
   Notaries in the Know
    Seminar hosted by Passaic County Clerk , Danielle Ireland - Imhof . Leading New Jersey Notary Public expert , and author , Alfred E . Piombino lead the seminar , educating the group on the newest State legislation and guidelines as well as addressing some of the groups most relevant questions like , stamp and seal regulations; the need for proper identification when notarizing a document; and the importance of witnesses when signing documents . The feedback following the seminar has been positive and encouraging . Here is what the attendees are saying: “I learned a tremendous amount from this class . Today is a new day and I feel a whole lot better about handling notarial acts” and “Mr . Piombino really knows what he’s talking about; he had the ability to keep the groups attention; and he has a great sense of humor” .
