Kiwanis Kids Train
, the train will be making special appearances in County parks this fall . The locomotive features four cars – an engine , coal car and two passenger cars as well as door locks , seat belts , lighting , PA system and a smoke system . The train is a partnership between Parks & Recreation and three local branches of the Kiwanis Club to provide year - round , family friendly entertainment at designated County and Kiwanis special events .
