   Tenn . – Clarksville Gas & Water has turned off water service on Observatory Drive from W . Observatory Drive to Southern Parkway and on Oak Hill Drive for water valve replacement .
   Low water pressure may also affect the vicinity during the work .
   Observatory Drive will be closed between Southern Parkway to Oak Hill Drive and traffic will be detoured to Oakhill Drive and Southern Parkway .
   The water valve replacement work is anticipated to be finished , water service restored and the road reopened by approximately 5:30 p . m . ­­­­­­­
