There will be a public hearing on June 6 , 2022 at 6:00 p . m . in the Eagle Point City Council Chambers , 17 Buchanan Ave . South , Eagle Point , Oregon regarding the use of revenue sharing funds . This public hearing may be attended via Zoom as well .
Directly following this hearing , a public meeting of the Budget Committee of the City of Eagle Point , Jackson County , State of Oregon , will be held to discuss the budget for the fiscal year July 1 , 2022 to June 30 , 2023 . The purpose of this meeting is to receive the budget message and document of the city and to receive comment from the public on the budget . A copy of the budget document may be inspected or obtained on or after June 1 , 2022 at www . cityofeaglepoint . org/105/budget or at Eagle Point City Hall between the hours of 8:00 a . m . and 5:00 p . m . In the event the budget document is ready before June 1st , it will be posted on the City’s website . This is a public meeting where deliberation of the Budget Committee will take place . Any person may appear at this meeting to discuss the proposed programs with the Budget Committee . An additional meeting will be held only if necessary . That meeting , if necessary , will be held on June 7 , 2022 at 6:00 p . m .
