   The Chairman of the Nominating & Rules Committee , David McClain , has called a special meeting to be held on Tuesday , April 5 , 2022 , at 4:30 p . m . in Council Chambers at the Municipal Center , 300 S . Church Street . This meeting is being held to discuss a resolution to make appointments and reappointments to boards and commissions ( CWL Board , Land Bank Commission , Jonesboro Parks and Recreation Planning and Advisory Committee , Jonesboro Urban Forestry Council , and Jonesboro Arkansas Residential Housing and Healthcare Facilities Board ) as recommended by Mayor Harold Copenhaver .
