   Mayor Copenhaver delivered a State of the City presentation today to the 
   Northeast Arkansas Chapter Military Officers Association of America
    on the progress of Jonesboro in the past year and what the future holds .  This organization is very dear to the mayor as his father was once a member of it .  We would like to thank the NEA Chapter of MOAA and 
   Golden Corral Jonesboro
    for the luncheon event .
