BLOOMINGTON , IL - Public Works crews are collecting leaves , brush and $25 - per - bucket bulk waste for Solid Waste Program customers following the Spring 2022 Free Bulk Pickup . Because of staffing shortages and the large amount of materials set out during the Spring 2022 Free Bulk Pickup , crews are delayed . Public Works is posting regular updates and updating the interactive map on the Solid Waste page as crews progress and until they are back on schedule , according to the

. Crews have finished Zone 3 Blue and will begin working in Zone 4 Blue on Monday , May 23 , 2022 . Crews are projected to be in each zone for one to two days as weather permits and will move to the next area in the order shown on the
