The Town of Nantucket seeks an experienced professional for the position of Land Use Specialist. Under the supervision of the Director of Planning, the Land Use Specialist serves as the staff liaison to any Board served by PLUS, reviews plans to ensure compliance, and assists with reporting related to planning, zoning architectural review, and real estate projects.
Full time Union position; Starting annual salary $74,387 - $
93,719
Salary commensurate with LiUNA CBA.
