Over the next few months , you will start to notice intermittent closures on Kelley ' s and Baldwin roads in Woodland Park .
   This work is part of our capital improvement plan to provide safe infrastructure to the citizens of Woodland Park . Starting the week of June 20 , the community will begin to notice construction crews working on Kelley ' s and Baldwin Road . There will be intermittent road closures over the next few months as we reconstruct the roadway and drainage features on both projects . Please follow detours as needed .
