NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS
Thursday , June 2 , 2022 at 6:00 P . M .
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Design Review Board will hold one public hearing on June 2 , 2022 .
The Board will hold one public hearing to consider:
an application for a new single - family residence , including a variance request for excess lot coverage , at
2359 Paradise Drive

Consistent with Government Code section 54953 ( e ) , the meeting will not be physically open to the public and all members will be teleconferencing into the meeting . To maximize public safety while still maintaining transparency and public access , members of the public can access the meeting by following live at a video link or conference call number that will be provided on the agenda in advance of the meeting .
Public comment is invited . If you cannot attend the meetings , you may send a letter to the Design Review Board at 1505 Tiburon Boulevard , Tiburon CA 94920 or email your comments to Kris Bernard at
