The County Commissioners of Charles County are hereby requesting sealed bids from qualified contractors to perform construction services to relocate approximately 700 linear feet ( LF ) of unnamed tributary to the Mattawoman Creek which currently crosses into several townhouse lots along Westdale Drive creating flooding conditions in residential back yards during heavy rain events .
