   Yard debris can clog stormwater drainage systems and adversely affect our rivers , lakes , and streams .  It is also a hazard for motorists and bicycles .
   Please be sure to keep grass clippings in your yard or properly dispose of them at the City ' s compost site ( located off of Boright St . ) .
   Thank you for helping us keep our streets , trails , and sidewalks safe and our water sources clean!
