The City has a part-time opportunity for a Grants Coordinator.  The Grants Coordinator will be under the direct supervision of the Assistant City Manager, and will locate, apply for, coordinate and maintain grants for the City. 
   Locates grant funding opportunities and communicates to appropriate departments.  
   Assists departments in writing grant applications according to format required and submits applications to funding agency or foundation.
   Maintains, coordinates, and administers grants in compliance with requirements.
   Maintains computerized tracking system which identifies grant records including applications, status, and awards. 
   Assists in preparing budgets and other specialized reports.
    Compiles and analyzes data as required and prepares graphic and narrative reports on data.
    Conducts briefings as needed with staff regarding the operational progress of grants.
    Assists with the maintenance of standards and reports necessary for grants maintenance.
    Performs related work as required.
   Part-time with 20-25 hours per week and work hours are somewhat flexible within M-F 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
