   Phase 1 roadway improvements for SW 8

    Street is set to begin July 11 , 2022 ( weather dependent ) with a full closure of SW 8
   th
    Street between SW I St . and S Walton Blvd .  Various methods of traffic control will be in place to safely route traffic around the closure .  Information regarding detours of both traffic and trail users can be seen on the provided public exhibit .  
   Construction of this section is expected to be complete December 09 , 2022 .  Please contact the Transportation Department at 479 - 271 - 6840 with any questions .
