The free asphalt regrind that has been available to the public for pickup in June will continue through July , while supplies last , from 7:30 a . m . – noon , Tuesdays through Thursdays , at 443 Leawood Street .
   The City of Hot Springs Street Division will load the material into appropriate vehicles – dump trucks ( preferred ) or trailers with solid sides of at least 1 - foot in height and a solid , full - length floor . Material will not be loaded into pickup truck beds . All loads must be tarped .
   The City will not be responsible for any damage due to the loading process .
