The Fowl Committee , which is a subcommittee of the Jacksonville City Council , will be meeting Tuesday , June 28th at 5 p . m . to discuss amendments to Jacksonville Municipal Code ( Livestock and Fowl ) regarding the keeping of chickens within the City of Jacksonville . The meeting will be held in the Council Chamber at City Hall located at #1 Municipal Drive .
