Mower County Health & Human Services is accepting applications for a Financial Assistance Supervisor II (preferred) or Financial Assistance Supervisor I.
The 2022 starting wage for a Financial Assistance Supervisor II (preferred) is $34.5638 ~ $38.5962/hour. The starting wage for a Financial Assistance Supervisor I is $32.8828/hour ~ $36.7190/hour
(full-time non-union position).
Responsibilities for this position may include: supervising staff; identifying and proposing areas operational modifications; preparing and monitoring an assigned budget; assigning and reviewing work of support staff; scheduling support staff; and establishing and enforcing work procedures and processes.
Minimum qualifications-
Financial Assistance Supervisor I
:
Requirements include: Three years of experience as Financial Worker; or
2 years of experience as a Financial Worker and completion of 1 years of education in related field; or Two years providing work direction to staff in determination of eligibility of financial assistance programs or work in collection of child support. Incumbents in this class typically require: Valid Driver’s License or evidence of equal mobility. Regular and reliable attendance is a necessary component of job/position.
Financial Assistance Supervisor II:
Bachelor’s degree in related field and four years’ experience as a Financial Worker, or similar job; Or equivalent combination of education and experience. Valid Driver’s License or evidence of equal mobility. Regular and reliable attendance is a necessary component of job/position.
