Responsibilities include coordinating Town’s bid process; including but not limited to advertising/preparing bid invitations, proposals, or quotes.   Administrates formal bid process including preparation of award documents to Town Council.  Maintains bid files, vendor certification of insurance and bid lists. Work with departments to ensure that Town and State procurement requirements are met. 
   Maintain records for certified payroll projects. Monitor the Town’s equipment lease program, including working with outside vendors in obtaining lease financing. Point person for property and liability insurance claims.  Prepare annual renewal application. Manage town’s credit card program, requisition, and purchase orders. 
   Work with other member of finance department on projects and duties as assigned
