The City of Andover, MN (pop. 30,000+) is accepting applications for the position of full-time Engineering Technician. The position is responsible for providing technical expertise for municipal engineering and public works projects. Full job description available on right side tab.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have graduated or received a certificate of completion from an accredited vocational trade school with courses in mathematics, engineering, drafting and surveying, and construction inspection.
Preference to candidates with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in engineering related work and/or educational equivalent.
Must demonstrate a working knowledge of surveying equipment and software such as AutoCAD.
Must have a valid Minnesota drivers license.
Salary range: $56,987-$70,087 annually
