   The City of Kearney Public Works Department announces that effective immediately , the intersection of 27th Street and F Avenue will be closed due to emergency storm sewer repair .  The work is expected to take approximately two weeks to complete .  Citizens are asked to use an alternative route during this time and use caution when traveling near the work zone .
