☷ Jonesboro Arkansas - Downtown Jonesboro BBQ Music Festival Announces Lineup 03 August 2022★★★ ( news )

   The Jonesboro Advertising and Promotion Commission’s Downtown Jonesboro BBQ and Music Festival announced plans for two nights of music this year with Queensryche performing Friday , September 23 , and the Gin Blossoms performing Saturday the 24th .  KISS tribute band Exciter and the band Skinny Powers will open for Queensryche . The Flatland Funk Donors will serve as the opening act for Gin Blossoms along with the band Greasy Tree .
   The festival also hosts the First National Bank , Kansas City Barbecue Society - sanctioned Arkansas State Championship as well as the third - annual Steak Cookoff .
   Saturday ' s events will also include food and craft vendors and a second stage with more music acts such as TKK , Hayefield , Seven Hollows , Damn Randy’s , EG Vines , JB Strauss , Johnny Hayes and the Loveseats .
