The City of Spring Hill ' s Board of Mayor and Aldermen , along with the family of Casey Marie Sneed , invite residents to join them for the memorial dedication ceremony for Casey’s Castle Butterfly Garden on Sunday , April 24 , at 2:00 pm in Evans Park located at 563 Maury Hill St . , Spring Hill .
   The updated memorial site plan features a butterfly garden , walkway , and permanent memorial plaque next to Casey’s favorite playground . The date is significant as it is Casey ' s birthday .
   The new additions are on the same site as the original , Casey’s Castle structure built more than 20 years ago .
   Sunday’s program is as follows:
   • welcome and opening prayer;
   • introduction by Mayor Jim Hagaman;
   • remarks and dedication of the memorial;
   • moments of reflection from members of Casey’s family;
   • closing remarks and prayer .
