Position: Court Facilitator
Department: Superior Court Services
Type: Part-time, 8 hours per week
Pay Range: Range H-5 $23.48 to $30.79 (2022 wages)
Opening Date: December 14, 2021

BASIC FUNCTION:
The Court Facilitator assists unrepresented litigants accessing the Superior Court in family law or other filings under the provision of Title 26 of the RCW, or by GR 27. Assists the unrepresented person in articulating goals and objectives, directs them to the appropriate state forms, and assists with completing the forms. Links unrepresented litigants with resources and reviews paperwork prior to filing with the Superior Court. This position collects data to meet reporting standards. Works under the supervision of the Juvenile Court Administrator. Appointments are made and coordinated through the Juvenile Court Services Department.
