Program Associate - Wellness Department
The Program Associate supports the Health and Community Program Coordinator.
This position focuses on administrative protocols and procedures to monitor and help grow the Companion Program, coordinates the SHINE program, the Tax Work-Off Program for the town, manages the Fitness Center and helps with some logistics for Wellness programming and events.
Requirements
Education: High School diploma or GED equivalent
Experience: 3-4 years working in a business/healthcare environment
Experience working in a case-management, human services environment preferred
Strong attention to detail
Strong written and oral communication skills
Good organization skills, ability to initiate and complete projects independently
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite, particularly in Excel spreadsheets
Flexibility and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated tact, integrity, and professionalism
Must undergo CORI check as condition of employment
Salary: 25 Hours a week at a rate of $17-20 per hour
