    Replacing water main and retaining wall near City Hall and the Minot Police Department
   Where is it?
    The water main is in the parking lot around City Hall . The retaining wall is on the east and south sides of City Hall , and along 2nd Avenue SW on the north side of the Minot Municipal Auditorium’s north parking lot
   When is it?
    Scheduled to begin work May 9 on replacing the water main , with work on the retaining wall starting a couple weeks later
   How does it impact the public?
    Intermittent traffic disruptions on 2

    Avenue SW; disruptions to parking in lots near Police Department , although pedestrian access to PD will be maintained . Pedestrian access will be maintained to Municipal Court on the west side of the Auditorium , although vehicle traffic and parking will be disrupted on the west side of the Auditorium
   ASPHALT PATCHING , STREET SEALING
   What is it?
    Asphalt patching , chip sealing , fog sealing
   Where is it?
    Various locations in Minot , including areas near the North Dakota State Fairgrounds
   When is it?
    Asphalt patching May 9 - June 10 , weather permitting . Crack sealing June 10 - July 1 . Chip sealing and fog sealing July 5 - 22 . Majority of project scheduled to be done before the State Fair starts
   How does it impact the public?
    Intermittent road closures , lane closures , and restricted parking . There will be restricted on - street parking in the areas where these projects are happening . Contractors will place “No Parking” signs 48 hours in advance of the work starting; signs will stay in place until chip sealing and fog sealing is complete . Could be a week of restricted on - street parking
   NEW FIRE STATION
   What is it?
    Construction of Fire Station 5
   Where is it?
    On Fourth Avenue NW , between 26th St . NW and 27th St . NW .
   When is it?
    Construction scheduled to start in early May . Station is tentatively planned to be open in June 2023 .
   How does it impact the public?
    Potential intermittent impacts to traffic during portions of the construction .
   MILL/OVERLAY , ADA RAMPS
   What is it?
    Asphalt mill/overlay , concrete ADA ramp upgrades , concrete curb and gutter work
   Where is it?
    On 16
