   The City of Kearney Street Division and Morten Construction announces that beginning Thursday , June 2 , 2022 , concrete work will take place in the outside west bound lane of 11th Street between 2nd Avenue and 3rd Avenue .  Work is expected to be completed by Friday , June 3 . 2022 .  Citizens are urged to use extreme caution when traveling through the work zone .
