Welcome to Worthington Industries' Work Plus Program. This initiative is designed for fulltime college students going to school in southwest Ohio.
You'll have the opportunity to work at our Monroe or Middletown facilities part-time and can earn up to $3,400.00 dollars a semester, $6,800.00 dollars annually, toward your tuition.
As a program participant, you'll earn $16,50 an hour and will work at least 20 hours a week. You'll also work toward your degree, gain valuable work experience, and most importantly, you can significantly reduce your tuition expenses. In some cases, you'll be able to complete your degree program debt free!
Worthington Offers You:
Pay for this role is $16.50 an hour + a 0.55 cent shift premium.

Key Position Responsibilities:
Move material around the plant or work site as directed.
Package/band, weigh, and load/unload material from machines as well as staging material.
Set up machines for use to ensure safe and quality production.
Self-starter with a strong work ethic and a desire to perform the duties to the highest standard.
High School Diploma or equivalent
