Clay County Public Health Center seeks candidates for the position of temporary Client Services Specialist
   . This position is responsible for performing assigned administrative duties to support COVID-related activities. Work hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
   Duties include: 
   Provides prompt and courteous customer service while performing administrative duties 
   Provides information to clients and explains guidelines, checks paperwork for accuracy, processes paperwork and enters data accurately and completes other administrative duties as assigned to provide necessary services to clients 
   Utilizes computer software programs to accurately data and perform other software functions as required 
   Establishes good working relationships with coworkers and maintains contact with internal and external customers as needed 
   Maintains knowledge of work procedures and ensures compliance with agency standards and regulatory requirements  
   Maintains accurate, organized work records, documents and files 
   Maintains strict confidentiality; adheres to all HIPAA guidelines/regulations 
   Other duties as assigned 
   Position Qualifications: 
   High School Diploma or GED is required; an Associate's Degree in a related field is preferred 
   Excellent communication, computer, and attention to detail skills are required 
   Two years of related experience is preferred 
   *This position is temporary in response to the COVID-19 pandemic and is anticipated to run through December 31, 2022.
