   City of Mansfield offices will be closed June 20 , in observance of the Juneteenth holiday .
   Trash and recycling collection will remain on its regular schedule .
   Closures include City Hall , Mansfield Public Library , Public Safety offices , and Parks & Recreation Administration Building .
   The Mansfield Activities Center will be open but Senior Lifestyles will be closed .
   Utility customers can still pay bills via City Hall drop - off box and online .
