Sparks , NV – The City of Sparks is excited to announce the opening of a brand - new Client Relations counter at Sparks City Hall . The newly renovated workspace incorporates a name change and a new location .
“Client Relations incorporates more than just great customer service , ” said Lisa Hunderman , Sparks City Clerk . “We have developed professional relationships with many of our clients and want each person who walks through our doors to feel valued and appreciated . We want to highlight our excellent personalized service to both our internal and external clients . ”
The new Client Relations division , formerly Customer Service , oversees sewer payments , business licensing , passport services and general information .
From the main city hall entrance , visitors can find the new Client Relations counter down the first hallway on the right . Hours are 8:30 a . m . to 5 p . m . For more information or to contact Client Relations , please email
