City Hall and administrative offices will be closed Friday , April 15 in observance of Good Friday . Closings include all administrative offices - Public Works , Community Development , Parks and Recreation , Electric , Police Department , Fire Department , and Airport . Facilities closed include the Public Library , Animal Shelter , Sanitation ( Transfer Station ) , and District Court . Emergency services will be operational .  
   Normal operations will resume Saturday for Animal Shelter , Library , and Sanitation , and Monday for other city offices and facilities .
