The Village of Hawthorn Woods Parks and Recreation Department is seeking part-time seasonal Camp Counselors. Counselors report to the Assistant Director of Parks and Recreation. Camp Counselors will lead Woodchuck campers in a variety of activities. Responsibilities include supervision of campers, attendance tracking, setting up, implementing, and clean-up of activities, and maintaining safety of camp sites and activities. The standard work schedule will be Monday through Thursday from 8:45 a.m. till 12:15 p.m. Counselors may be expected to work outside this schedule.
